The first international event from the Talent Brand Alliance was a rousing success in London, with employer branding and recruitment marketing practitioners from seven different countries and over fifty companies. But don’t just take my word for it:

We have our facilitators to thank for sharing their expertise and guiding some truly insightful and engaging conversations:

  • Emily Firth - Building Brand Love

  • Koos Wurzer - Candidate Experience for Humans

  • Mags Hizon - EVP Without Borders

  • Jorgen Sundberg - Tools + Technology

  • Ellie Terry - Highlighting Your Champions

  • Caro Guillen - Creativity on a Budget

Companies with purpose last, brands with purpose grow, and people with purpose thrive.
— Mags Hizon, Unilever

We were lucky to hear from the creator of employer brand management, Simon Barrow as our closing keynote. He spoke about how the profession has changed over time, and he challenged our expectations for employer brand manager careers.

As connectors and collaborators across the departments and regions of most corporate organizations, we are uniquely qualified. He left us with the idea that the skills and experiences of Human Resources and Employer Brand management are great predecessors for the role of Chief Executive Officer.

As someone who has interviewed several dozen employer brand professionals and witnessed an overwhelming entrepreneurial theme, I couldn’t agree more.

What’s next for the Talent Brand Summit? Our North American event is coming up on April 21-23 in Austin, TX and the agenda is LIVE, featuring facilitators from Facebook, Alaska Airlines, Instacart, Salesforce and more.
