What’s different for London?

The Talent Brand Summit is a 2-day hands-on workshop exclusively for recruitment marketers and employer brand practitioners. This year’s attendees have built or contributed to programmes at companies like Harrods, Booking.com, Deutsche Bank, N26, Danone, Intel, Unilever and more. Connect with your peers as you spend two intense days building your talent brand strategy and deepening your professional relationships in this growing field.

DAY 1: You’ll start the day getting to know the people at your table, who’ve been meticulously matched with your background and experience. The entire table will jump into four interactive topics throughout the day, and share back what you’ve learned during each 75 minute roundtable discussion. You’ll enjoy delicious meals and refreshments, along with an evening competition at Flight Club Darts with your new friends.

DAY 2: It’s time to pick your own tables and broaden your networks, and jump right into the daily topics aided by our talented facilitators. Again, all meals and drinks are provided, and we wrap up the day with something a bit unexpected. You’ll get to meet the father of modern employer branding, and then enjoy scenic views of London from Olympic Park. Attendees will get the chance to take a leap and slide down the world’s longest tube slide.

Simon Barrow is best known in the business world as the ex-consumer goods Brand Manager who created The Employer Brand approach and its mission ‘to bring the best of brand management to people at work.’ It was a radical idea back in the 1990s and employer branding is now an established global concept and profession. He is an author and global speaker on the topic of Employer Brand, and he’s joining us to answer questions from Summit attendees.
