Wondering what’s in store for the Fall Summit event in London? Take a look at the Austin Spring event video below.

What’s different for London?

The Talent Brand Summit is a 2-day experiential workshop exclusively for recruitment marketers and employer brand practitioners. This year’s facilitators have built or contributed to programmes at companies like Booking.com, N26, Danone, Intel, Unilever and more. Connect with your peers as you spend two intense days building your talent brand strategy and deepening your professional relationships in this growing field.

DAY 1: You’ll start the day getting to know the people at your table, who’ve been meticulously matched with your background and experience. The entire table will jump into four interactive topics throughout the day, and share back what you’ve learned during each 75 minute roundtable discussion. You’ll enjoy delicious meals and refreshments, along with an evening competition at Flight Club Darts with your new friends.

DAY 2: It’s time to pick your own tables and broaden your networks, and jump right into the four daily topics aided by our talented facilitators. Again, all meals and drinks are provided, and we wrap up the day with something a bit unexpected. You’ll enjoy scenic views of London from Olympic Park, and get the chance to take a leap and slide down the world’s longest tube slide.

This is a closed laptop event, so we provide detailed notes, links, photos and workshop documents. The goal is for each attendee to remain engaged and on the talent brand topic. Interested to find out more? Please click below to request ticket access today.

Candidate experience for humans, led by koos wurzer of danone

When was the last time you applied to a job at your company? For most of us, it isn’t often enough. In this discussion, you’ll learn the importance of designing a candidate experience that demonstrates empathy for your candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

  • For candidates it’s about creating an easy, memorable experience that helps them showcase themselves in the best light possible.

  • For recruiters and hiring mangers it’s about efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.

  • For the brand it’s about creating affinity with the caliber of talent you want to attract more of and leaving all applicants with a favorable impression of the brand.

*Each roundtable discussion is interactive with the matched attendees at your table.

You’ll have dozens of your peers and mentors in the same space, so let’s take full advantage. Similar to an unconference, you can submit, vote and talk about your favorite hot topics. Each of the six ‘adventure’ topics will be led by one of the Summit facilitators. Want to talk about reputation management, building a program from scratch, or another related topic all together? Here’s where you can make that happen.

  • Brand channels - which ones are the most relevant for your potential candidates?

  • Advertising and engagement spend - you’ll be given a real budget and some goals.
