When was the last time you applied to a job at your company? For most of us, it isn’t often enough. In this discussion, you’ll learn the importance of designing a candidate experience that demonstrates empathy for your candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

  • For candidates it’s about creating an easy, memorable experience that helps them showcase themselves in the best light possible.

  • For recruiters and hiring mangers it’s about efficiency, consistency and effectiveness.

Each of the six ‘adventure’ topics will be led by one of the Summit facilitators. Want to talk about reputation management, building a program from scratch, or another related topic all together? Here’s where you can make that happen.

For those of us without unlimited resources, or unlimited budget, it’s important to get creative to achieve our goals and tell a good story. We’ll be working hands-on in groups, to brainstorm:

  • Candidate personas, how do you make sure you’re targeting the right audience?

  • Brand channels - which ones are the most relevant for your potential candidates?

  • Advertising and engagement spend - you’ll be given a real budget and some goals
