Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Yes. Tickets are refundable up to a month before the event. Transfers are allowed as long as the individual who the ticket is being transferred to meets the same attendee qualifications (above).
What is included in the price of the ticket?
The following is covered in the ticket price: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus snacks/beverages throughout both days of the summit. Professional roundtable discussion notes, to help build out different parts of your strategy will also be included. Other items include cocktail hours, event swag, and several fun group activities.
I'm booking my flight -- what are the optimal times to arrive and leave the event?
Arrive: No later than late afternoon on Tuesday, March 26th
Depart: Morning of Friday, March 29th (this is what most attendees will do).
