As Co-Chair, Will helps shape the strategy and supports the board in fulfilling Talent Brand Alliance’s mission.
Bryan Chaney - Co-Founder / Co-Chair
As Co-Chair, Bryan helps shape the strategy and supports the board in fulfilling Talent Brand Alliance’s mission.
Holland Dombeck McCue - Marketing
Holland leads the marketing committee and oversees messaging, PR, and internal/external communications to better inform, coordinate, and promote member activity and TBA initiatives.
zakiya nashid - Membership
Zakiya leads the Membership Committee and oversees promotion, recruitment and vetting of members in the Talent Brand Alliance community.
noelle holdsworth - knowledge base
Noelle leads the Knowledge Base committee and oversees case study documentation, reference creation, and research, to better capture, index, and understand the knowledge and experience of our members.
James Ellis - Community
James leads the Community Committee and oversees engagement of community members, the membership content and meeting calendar, and driving member value.
audra knight - Mentorship
Audra leads the Mentorship committee and oversees the networking and development of our members through matching and personal introductions to those within the community who can add perspective and experience for our members.
Dina Medeiros - Partnerships
Dina leads the Partnerships Committee and oversees all partnership and alliance discussions, technology and vendor research, and opportunities with the board.
derek murphy-johnson - events
Derek leads the Events committee and oversees both Summit and local chapter event production and logistics to create the best IRL experience for current and future members.

Being on a TBA Board Committee is a volunteer position that includes:
Monthly Committee Call
Discounted admission to Talent Brand Summit events
Help grow the community, gathering best practices, and contributing to discussions and content around employer branding and recruitment marketing
Help establish benchmarks for learning and success in Talent Branding
