Zakiya leads the Membership Committee and oversees promotion, recruitment and vetting of members in the Talent Brand Alliance community.

Noelle leads the Knowledge Base committee and oversees case study documentation, reference creation, and research, to better capture, index, and understand the knowledge and experience of our members.

We are looking for Talent Brand leaders looking to give back to the community by helping to drive towards committee milestones

Being on a TBA Board Committee is a volunteer position that includes:

  • Monthly Committee Call

  • Discounted admission to Talent Brand Summit events

  • Help grow the community, gathering best practices, and contributing to discussions and content around employer branding and recruitment marketing

  • Help establish benchmarks for learning and success in Talent Branding
