Basic Qualifications: 
-7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media
-3+ years of experience with managing direct reports
-Experience with managing an online brand presence, including Web sites and social media channels and the delivery of successful social media campaigns
-Ability to be a relationship builder, advisor, and results-oriented change agent
-Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
-Ability to show a sense of urgency and remain flexible within a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
-Ability to be a structured logical thinker, define problems and frameworks, and comprehend key value drivers
-Ability to work successfully across teams, including influencing and managing relationships effectively and communicate effectively with senior executives
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent leadership, presentation organizational, and interpersonal skills
-MBA degree preferred
